Subsystem SAPFIR (System for Acquisition and Analysis of Planning- Economic and Financial Information for Leaders) (2002) that provides the fulfillment of the following tasks:

• - acquisition of planning and economic information from different sources and its location in the single data store; 
  - preparation of forecasts, projects and also plants of production activities of certain industries. Preparation and creation of different-kind balances, analyses, summaries, and other documents; 
  - re-presentation of planning-economic and financial information in the form convenient for the analysis by leaders of industries (Web-interface).
