An oil heating system in the frying oven due to the use of a steam-driven dynamic thermal siphon was developed and realized at one of the enterprises of the Minsk region. Weight and size characteristics of the oven are improved, electric energy consumption is substantially decreased, a high degree of oil heat surface isothermicity is provided, which guarantees a high product quality. Risk of an electric heater failure due to superheating is prevented. It is possible to finely adjust heater heat load and, accordingly, sunflower oil temperature when it is necessary to change the productivity of a produced product.
