INFLUENCE OF THE MOBILITY OF A BOUNDARY ON THE TEMPERATURE FIELD OF A HALF-SPACE UNDER UNSTABLE CONDITIONS OF HEAT EXCHANGE WITH THE ENVIRONMENT
