ANALYSIS OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURES IN COMPLEX TURBULENT FLOWS

The differences in the Abel transform for laminar and turbulent flows have been shown. The integral Uberoi-Kovasznay transform used in analyzing direct-shadow images of turbulent flows has been described. The present possibilities of digital laser speckle- photography for analyzing speckle-images of turbulent flows with the use of integral Erbeck-Merzkirch transforms have been analyzed.
