THERMOMECHANICS OF A HEAT-RELEASING GRAINED LAYER

Kovenskii UDC 532.5 From the point of view of the model of an infiltrative grained layer the influence of the heat release and compressibility of the gas on the resistance of the layer has been investigated. In the isothermal case, with account for the gas compressibility, the range of applicability of the known Ergan formula <$E{ italic { left (img src="/gif/delta.gif">p/patm)E 1 has been established. We have developed an engineering technique for calculating the resistance of the heat-releasing grained layer taking into account the simultaneous influence of the pressure and temperature on the gas density and viscosity.
