ON THE EFFICIENCY OF GAS HEATING BY A THREE-PHASE AC SLIDING ARC PLASMA GENERATOR

Ufimtsev UDC 533.9.004.14 The results of an experimental study of the operation of a three-phase single-chamber arc plasma generator with sliding arcs are presented. The efficiency and mass-average temperature values and their dependences on external parameters have been obtained. The structure of the flow in the output cross-section of the plasma generator is considered.
