FLOW OF A NEWTONIAN FLUID IN THE GAP BETWEEN CONICAL PERMEABLE SURFACES

Koptev UDC 521.516.5 The equations of motion of a viscous Newtonian fluid between rotating and stationary conical coaxial permeable surfaces have been obtained from the Navier-Stokes differential equations and have been solved by the numerical method. The analytical dependences confirmed experimentally for determination of the energy consumption in rotary apparatuses have been obtained.
