SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE PROCESSES OF DRYING AND EVAPORATION IN THE ABSENCE OF AN ANALOGY BETWEEN EXTERNAL HEAT AND MASS EXCHANGE
M. M. Razin UDC 66.047:54.149 The impossibility of constancy of evaporation and wet-bulb temperatures in the absence of analogy between the processes of interphase heat and mass transfer has been shown. It has been noted that, in the general case, the wet-bulb and adiabatic saturation temperatures depend on the process hydrodynamics and their values do not always coincide.
