A METER OF THE TIME OF CAPILLARY SOAKING

Martsul' UDC 541.532.264 A description of a microprocessing instrument that measures the time of capillary soaking and the cosine of the wetting angle at a horizontal position of a porous body is presented. Determination of the wetting angle and kinetics of capillary soaking is based on approximation of the solution of the differential equation of liquid flow in a capillary with account for evaporation.
