Panchenko UDC538.6:541.18:577.1:621.187.3:628.335:337:667.2 A numerical study of the influence of an inhomogeneous electric field (IEF) on the film moisture transfer in the presence of a temperature gradient along a water film in a quartz conical capillary has been made. It has been shown that in the case of oppositely directed temperature gradients and the electric field (EF) intensity in the film, there is a considerable increase in the heat flux in the capillary due to the intensification of the transfer of the heat content of water as a result of the appearance of additional electromoisture fluxes under the action of the ponderomotive forces of the inhomogeneous electric field.
