MATHEMATICAL SIMULATION OF THE PROCESS OF COOLING AND FREEZING OF BODIES WITH VARIABLE THERMOPHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

A Fourier dimensionless heat-conduction equation is formulated with allowance for the variable character of the thermophysical properties of the object to be frozen.
