Using methods of chemical thermodynamics a model of 
a wide-range equation of state of a multicomponent plasma of different 
substances and a procedure to calculate the kinetic coefficients of 
completely and partially ionized plasmas on the basis of a solution 
of the Boltzmann kinetic equation are developed.
