Resonance gas oscillations in a tube, one end of which has
an oscillating piston and the other of which is open to
the environment, are considered. A semi-empirical model of
resonance oscillations in a long tube under conditions of
weakly developed turbulence is constructed. The boundary
condition at the open end is calculated analytically.
The relations obtained are compared to experiment.
