A system of equations for describing the evolution of the size
range of gas bubbles as a result of their fractionation and
coalescence in an isotropic turbulent decaying flow of
incompressible liquid is derived and solved numerically. Outer
parameters are found by which one can effectively control the
probability distribution of the bubble radii.
