We suggest a mathematical model of a steady-state
thermal regime in electron-beam autocrucible
melting. We carry out a numerical investigation
of the dependence of the thermal parameters of
melting on the radius of circular scanning by the
beam, the focal spot radius, and on the mean rate
of mixing of the melt. The results of calculations
are compared with experimental data.
