The process of the pressure drop in gas-liquid systems
after adiabatic compression from various pressure levels higher than
the saturation pressure is investigated. Experimental and theoretical
investigations of the effect of a surface-active substance on nonequilibrium
phenomena in gas-liquid systems are analyzed.
