CALCULATION OF THERMODYNAMIC AND OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF THE VAPORS OF COSMIC BODIES ENTERING THE EARTH'S ATMOSPHERE
I. B. Kosarev UDC 523.682.4 A procedure for calculating thermodynamic and optical properties of the vapors of cosmic bodies entering the earth's atmosphere is described. Calculations were carried out on the basis of a mixture of the 16 elements Fe-O-Mg-Si-C-N-H-S-Al-Ca-Na-K-Ti-Cr-Mn-Ni for bodies of different chemical composition: H-, LL-, and C-chondrites, comet matter, and ice in the temperature range of 2-40 kK. The scale of quanta energies used in calculations of spectral absorption coefficients numbered approximately 22 thousand points. Examples of calculations are given. JEPTER7492019994 JEPTER749204
